Get ready for a spooktacular event that’s bound to delight both you and your furry friends! Join us for the 23rd Annual Howl-O-Ween Pet Parade and Costume Contest in Black Mountain’s charming Town Square on Saturday, October 25th, at 3 p.m
It’s a fantastic opportunity to show off your pet’s unique personality and flair for fashion. And if your pet loves dressing up, then you’re in for a treat.
Event Details:
- Pet Parade: Participation is free! Dress up your pets & join in fun as we walk from Black
Mountain Town Square to Cherry St and Back. - Costume Contest with Local Gift Certificates & Cash Prizes: The Costume Contest will
immediately follow the Pet Parade. Registration begins at 1:30. - Cash prizes and local gift certificates will be awarded in seven fun categories, from “Most Spooktacular” to “Creepin’ Cute.”
Entry Fee: $8
What makes this event extra special is that the grand prize winner will be chosen by the audience. That’s right – your cheers and applause will determine the best costume of the day!
But there’s more to this event than just costumes and prizes. A portion of the proceeds this year will go to Mountain Pet Rescue– a nonprofit that is a foster-based animal rescue.
