Thank you for advertising with us. Because our advertising products are digital services and involve reserving promotional space and scheduling placements, all purchases are considered final.

No Refunds

All advertising purchases, sponsorships, featured listings, newsletter placements, banner advertisements, and other digital promotional products are non-refundable once payment has been received.

Changes Before Publication

If your advertisement has not yet been published, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate updates to your submitted artwork, text, links, or business information prior to the scheduled publication date. Requested changes are subject to production deadlines.

Errors or Technical Issues

If an advertisement is not published as purchased due to an error on our part or a technical issue within our control, we will work with you to correct the issue as quickly as possible. At our discretion, we may extend the advertising period, provide a replacement placement of equal value, or offer another appropriate remedy.

Advertiser Responsibility

Advertisers are responsible for reviewing all submitted content for accuracy before publication, including business names, contact information, website links, dates, pricing, and promotional offers.
